Telangana ePASS – Key Eligibility

What are the key eligibility conditions applicable to each Telangana scholarship? Which category of students are covered under these scholarships? The answers to these questions are mentioned in the table below. The key eligibility condition that applies to each scholarship is that the students must be a domicile of Telangana state only. The students residing outside the state are not eligible to apply for any of these scholarships. Besides this, the other eligibility conditions that students must fulfil for these scholarships are given in the table below.

Chief Minister’s Overseas Scholarship Scheme for Minorities	Minority	The scholarship is open for graduate or postgraduate students in streams like management, engineering, pure sciences, social sciences, medicine, nursing, humanities and agriculture sciences. The minimum percentage of marks in the qualifying exam should be 60%. The students must be willing to pursue a postgraduate or doctoral degree overseas in the USA, UK, Australia, Singapore and Canada. Maximum age limit – 30 years as on 1 July of the year of application. Annual family income – Less than INR 2 Lakh.
5.	Ambedkar Overseas Vidya Nidhi for SC, ST Students	SC/ST	The scholarship is open for graduate or postgraduate students in streams like management, engineering, pure sciences, social sciences, medicine, nursing, humanities and agriculture sciences. The minimum percentage of marks in the qualifying exam should be 60%. The students must be willing to pursue a postgraduate or doctoral degree overseas in the USA, UK, Australia, Singapore and Canada. Maximum age limit – 35 years as on 1 July of the year of advertisement. Annual family income – Less than INR 2 Lakh (for SC students) and less than INR 2.50 Lakh (for ST students).

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Telangana ePASS portal.

Step 2: Click on the scholarship to apply for. (Note: The application remains open for a specified period of time).

Step 3: Click on the “Registration” button to start the application.

Step 4: Fill in all required details like student particulars, school/college particulars, bank account details, address, income certificate details, caste certificate details, etc.
